Description

Our client, a long-only asset manager, is looking to hire an Equity Analyst to cover AIM and small/mid cap UK companies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental analysis of companies in the AIM market to generate investment recommendations
• Monitor existing holdings and lead the construction and maintenance of portfolios
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Produce written research reports and present new ideas to the wider team
• Present at client meetings and new business pitches when required

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant equity research experience on the buy-side or sell-side in the AIM or UK small/mid-cap space is essential
• Ideally portfolio management experience
• CFA qualification would be highly advantageous
• Intellectually curious and passionate about investing
• Extremely diligent and self-driven
