Opportunity Overview
Samvad Partners is strengthening its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in Mumbai and is seeking skilled legal professionals to join the team. Key Responsibilities
- Handling domestic and international M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements
- Advising clients on corporate and transactional legal matters
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
- Solid experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiations, and managing deal closures in M&A and PE transactions
- Previous experience working at a law firm is essential
