Salaried GP

This is a brilliant chance to join a highly regarded training surgery, close to Devizes, on a salaried basis with an optional view to partnership if desired.

The practice is set in an idyllic rural backdrop, with an already strong team of GPs and nursing staff taking a key role within the local PCN. The practice has minimised GP admin and visits, meaning you will have more time to devote to clinical interest area, and ultimately an improved work/life balance. The role also offers the option to become involved with GP teaching and training.

Located close to Devizes, easily commutable from Salisbury and Bath. Ample on-site parking is provided.

Key Duties

• Grow a patient list of just over 5,000 with a low number of home visits.
• Work with a permanent clinical team including GPs, nurses and paramedics.
• Offer 4–8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around child care.
• Low duty and minimal home visits.
• Support a successful training practice.
