Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Principal Building Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role based at the Civic Offices. The position involves leading a team in diverse building projects, including retrofit and Net Zero initiatives, while ensuring compliance with building legislation.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with strong project management and leadership skills. You’ll manage resources and budgets, support team development, and advise stakeholders.
