About the Role

Key Duties
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
- Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and care.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and team members.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of dental best practice and maintain patient records.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health.
- Diagnose and assess alignment problems, bite issues, and structural concerns in both adults and children.
- Provide orthodontic treatments such as fitting retainers, placing spacers, and applying bands to teeth, fitting, adjusting, and monitoring braces and other orthodontic appliances.
- Monitor and track patient progress.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate to Australia.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with the team.
- Proactive and team‑oriented mindset for mutual success.
- Unrestricted APHRA specialist registration.
- Current professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain).
- Valid UK dental licence with eligibility for Australian registration with the AHPRA and associated working visas (supported by the client).
- Relevant specialist qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia.
- Experienced periodontist with strong experience in periodontics.
- Commitment to high standard of patient‑centered care and strong clinical skills.
