Salaried GP – £12,000–£13,000 per Session | 15-Minute Appointments | Minimal Home Visits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, tight‑knit practice in a pleasant, small market‑town setting near Taunton, offering strong workload control, excellent clinical support and resources beyond those of a typical practice this size. The practice has built systems designed to keep GPs focused on clinical work, with flexible appointment structuring, limited admin burden and ANP‑led home visits.

Workload & Structure

• 2 sessions per week
• 25 patients per day
• 15‑minute appointments
• Flexible appointment template allowing you to structure your day around patient need
• Limited admin workload due to strong support functions
• ANPs conduct the majority of home visits
• No evenings or weekends required
• Well‑supported clinical environment with regular internal meetings and educational support
