Salaried GP

Please read on for more info on a superb Salaried GP role available at a long standing practice close to the coast in Lincolnshire on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

The role is at a well organised and stable practice with a rural location and a strong team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs.

The practice has a supportive and friendly working environment, with support and mentorship available for newly qualified GPs as well as for GPs wishing to develop interest areas. There is an excellent team of clinical support staff including Practice Nurses, Physician Associates and Pharmacists. There is also a strong team of admin support staff resulting in a well managed workload.

Key Duties:

• Salaried GP Role
• Initially on a 12 month contract with scope to extend
• 6 Sessions available, flexible days
• 15 minute appointments
• Well managed workload of circa 15 AM and 12 PM consultations per session
• Patient list size of circa 7,000
• Stable team of Partners and Salaried GPs
• Excellent clinical support team including Nurses, Pharmacists and Physician Associates
• Strong management and clerical support team in place
• Support for career development and furthering specialist interests
• Recently refurbished surgery building
• On site parking
• High QOF score and Good CQC
• System One practice

Package and Benefits:

• Circa £10,500 to £11,500 per session per annum
