Salaried GP

The role is at a well established, rapidly expanding and forward‑thinking practice, offering a well managed workload with 15 minute appointments. The practice is a training surgery, providing opportunities to get involved in teaching and training, along with extensive support for developing specialist interests. The list size is approximately 20,000, managed by a stable team of Partners and Salaried GPs supported by an excellent clinical support team, including nurses, physician associates, HCAs and pharmacists. Administrative tasks are efficiently handled by a clerical support team, allowing GPs to focus on clinical care.

Key Duties

• Salaried GP Role with 6 – 8 sessions available
• Well‑managed workload of approximately 15 consultations per session
• 15‑minute appointment times
• Very well‑managed duty day with low visit numbers
• Patient list size of about 20,000
• Stable team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs
• Excellent clinical support team in place
• Support for career development and specialist interests
• Training practice with System One practice software
• Purpose‑built practice with on‑site parking
• High QOF score and Good CQC report

Package and Benefits

• £10,500 to £12,000 per session per annum (DOE)
