Looking for a GP role where continuity of care really matters? Join our highly regarded village training practice in Northamptonshire. We are seeking a Salaried GP for 2-4 sessions per week (preferably Mondays and Wednesdays) to become part of our friendly and supportive team.

Job responsibilities
- To provide high-quality, patient-centered care to the registered population of Long Buckby practice, managing a varied caseload and supporting continuous service improvement.
- Deliver consultations – face-to-face and phone.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medications and review treatments.
- Undertake home visits where appropriate.
- Refer patients to secondary care where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in clinical meetings.
- Support safeguarding responsibilities.
- Contribute to QOF and quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to CQC and NHS standards.
Qualifications
- GMC registered GP with a licence to practise
- Primary Care experience
- Committed to delivering excellent patient care
