Salary up to: £46,000.00. We do things a little differently here. We’re family and we want our team members – Nandocas – to be happy, supported and successful. As a General Manager you will run brilliant shifts, inspire your team, and treat the restaurant as your own business. That means making decisions, creating a great culture, and driving to targets and KPIs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the restaurant as if it were your own business, making decisions that support growth and culture.
• Drive performance against targets and KPI’s, ensuring high standards of service and profitability.
• Develop and grow your team, creating future managers.
• Represent the brand and values in every customer interaction, delivering the perfect PERi-PERi experience.

Qualifications

• Passion, pride, and a strong drive to motivate and engage a team.
• Leadership experience from a customer‑focused environment.
• Deep understanding of our brand and values, customer obsession, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
• A proven track record of driving sales in a multi‑channel environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and to learn and develop continuously.
