This business advises on strategic residential developmentacross Berkshire and Oxfordshire, while also supporting high-growth commercialsectors including data centre development and employment-led projects. Theirclient base includes national developers, land promoters, institutionalinvestors and major commercial operators.

The Role

As Principal Planning Consultant, you will lead complexplanning projects and provide strategic advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Managingstrategic residential applications and large-scale developments
• Draftingrobust Planning Statements and supporting evidence
• Advisingon data centre planning strategy and delivery
• Promotingsites through emerging Local Plans
• Leadingappeal submissions and hearing preparation
• Coordinatingmulti-disciplinary consultants and technical teams
• Actingas lead client contact, ensuring delivery and service excellence
• Supportingand mentoring junior planners

About You

• MRTPIqualified (or extremely close to completion)
• Commercialplanning experience in employment sectors advantageous
• Strongappeal and Local Plan knowledge
• Excellentwritten and analytical ability
• Confidentmanaging clients and multiple projects
