This is not simply a delivery role — it is a strategicleadership appointment with responsibility for revenue growth, team developmentand market positioning across residential and regeneration sectors.
The Role
- Settingand delivering the regional business growth strategy
- Leadingand expanding the planning team
- Securingnew client relationships and major instructions
- Overseeingfinancial performance and P&L responsibility
- Leadingmajor appeals and Local Plan examinations
- Representingthe business within the regional property market
- Mentoringand developing future leaders within the team
