South West Regional Lead – Residential & StrategicGrowth
FutureGen Recruitment is representing one of the SouthWest’s most ambitious planning consultancies seeking a Planning Director to lead and expand its Bristol operation.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for team growth, revenue generation and high-level client relationships across residential, employment and infrastructure sectors.
The Role
- Leading major client accounts and strategic projects
- Driving regional business development strategy
- Managing and growing the planning team
- Full financial and operational oversight
- Leading complex planning appeals and examinations
- Strengthening relationships across the development industry
