M&A Tax Director

M&A Tax Director – Manchester City Centre – Big 4 firm (Salary £100,000 – £130,000 DOE). We are currently working with a leading M&A tax Practice in Manchester who are looking to bring in a strong Tax Director as part of their succession planning. The team provides M&A Tax solutions to a range of different clients including large listed, US & international businesses, Private Equity funds and local growing businesses across the North to name a few. This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership of the UK’s & Manchester's leading M&A Tax teams.

Responsibilities

• Help lead a fast paced commercial M&A team in Manchester working closely with two experienced partners.
• Establish and maintain relationships acting as a trusted adviser to your client base & colleagues.
• Guide the overall strategy and leadership of deals tax team both across the North and nationally.
• Lead on M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring and tax modelling.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading teams on M&A transactions in the UK market.
• Experience with the full life cycle of an M&A Tax Transaction.
• Business development & client management experience.
• Confident leading on client engagements.
