Breast & General Consultant Radiologist – West London

We are seeking a Locum Breast & General Consultant Radiologist for a 12‑month fixed‑term NHS locum contract with an established Radiology Department in West London.

Salary: £113,565–£150,569 per annum (plus applicable on‑call supplement).

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will play a key role within a well‑established symptomatic breast service, providing:

• Independent symptomatic breast imaging including mammography, ultrasound and image‑guided intervention
• Leadership and participation in Breast MDT meetings
• General radiology reporting including CT, MRI, ultrasound and plain film reporting
• Acute radiology and contribution to the consultant on‑call rota
• Teaching, training and service development activities within the department

Candidate Requirements

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise
• FRCR qualification
• Specialist Register status (or be within six months of CCT)
• Significant NHS consultant‑level experience within a symptomatic breast service
• Commitment to teaching, clinical governance and service improvement
