Evelyn's is a long-established brasserie in the Northern Quarter, serving brunch, dinner, Sunday roasts, and cocktails downstairs in The Daisy. It has a loyal following, a kitchen built around a charcoal-fired Inka grill, and a reputation that has been earned over years. It is the kind of place that matters to people.

The Role

A hands‑on position across a genuinely varied operation. You will be responsible for the full picture: team, standards, financials, and the day-to‑day running of a venue that trades across multiple dayparts and revenue streams. Brunch through to late, food and drink, events and regulars.

You will manage and develop your team, control costs, hit targets, and maintain the kind of environment that keeps guests returning. The role carries real responsibility and autonomy.

Who We're Looking For

You may be an experienced GM looking for a role with more focus and character than your current position allows, or a strong senior manager ready to take the next step. What matters most is that you understand what makes a place like this work, and that you have the experience to back it up.

You will have:

• A background in GM or senior management within a quality, comparable food and drink operation
• Sound commercial instincts: margins, labour costs, and what drives a profitable shift
• A natural ability to lead and inspire others with quiet confidence and authenticity
