B2B Sales Executive / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£30,000 basic + uncapped commission + bonuses
Year 1 OTE: £50,000
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

At One to One Personnel, we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to join our established team in Leigh-on-Sea. You’ll start by focusing on business development and client relationship building, with full training and support to develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

Recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to sell, build trust and deliver results.

What you’ll be doing

• Winning new business and developing client relationships
• Attending face‑to‑face client meetings, sales visits and networking events
• Building a pipeline of opportunities using LinkedIn, referrals, internal data and lead generation
• Understanding client hiring needs and negotiating commercial terms
• Learning the full recruitment process, from job brief to placement
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Writing adverts, managing interviews and supporting offers through to placement

• A proven background in B2B sales
• Strong face‑to‑face business development experience
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers
• A professional, polished and credible approach
• Self‑motivation, resilience and a strong work ethic
• Great communication and relationship‑building skills
• The ambition to build a long‑term career in recruitment
