Salary:£25,525.50 per year (£13.09 per hour) plus benefits.
Hours:37.5 hours per week
Driving Licence:Manual full UK licence essential

This is aphysical, hands-on role for someone who is experienced in supporting people that may demonstrate challenging behaviour, and to succeed youll have:
Good spoken and written English
A full UK manual driving licence

A caring, positive and resilient mindset

• Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
• Planning and enjoying person-centred activities walks, swimming, shopping and trips out

• Working closely with colleagues and professionals

About the Home
At Arnold Road, Dorset we support a lovely lady who has transitioned from a long stay acute setting to her own home, supported by Seeability. She has moderate learning disabilities but manages her personal care with minimal prompting. A homebody at heart, she prefers staying in and communicating using a mix of Makaton and her own unique signs.
