Housing & Wellbeing Assistant


Location: Bluebell Court - St Helens



You will be working as part of a dedicated team to managehigh qualityaccommodation and serviceswhilstprovidingassistance tocustomers. You will be the first point of contacts for the premises, responding to all enquiries via phone, email or in person. You willmaintainthe safety and security of customers, colleagues, visitors, contractors as well as the premises, and equipment.


Whatyoullbe doing


  • You willprovide assistanceor guidance to customers; supporting them to fulfil the terms of their occupancyagreement;
  • You will encourage feedback from customers,recording andresponding to any complaints and compliments;
  • You willensure any safeguarding concerns are promptly dealtwithandappropriate actionis taken in line with Great Places procedures;


You will actively ensure the security of the building, conduct health and safety inspections,and report communal repairs through appropriatechannels. Youwillfollow financial procedures and take responsibility for all monies held and received;


You willbe responsible forcommunal cleaning and void cleaning, along with the wider team.


Whatyoullneed


  • Qualified to minimum level 2 in English and Maths
  • Evidence of IT skills
  • Experience of providing a customer facing, front line service in abusy environmentswhilstmaintaininga courteous and helpful manner.
  • The ability to develop, and project, a positive image of Great Places through interpersonal,writtenand verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks inan accurateandtimelymanner when working under pressure andmaintainingattention to detail.
  • Effective liaison with colleagues and other stakeholders to give or find information to resolve problems.
  • Use of the relevant range of Microsoft Office applications and IT systems
