About the Role
We're building a new support team for a gentleman in his 40's that we'll soon be supporting in his own home and we're looking for someone compassionate, patient, and encouraging to join us.
You'll be supporting a quiet, gentleman with Autism who has a great sense of humour he enjoys music. He thrives with calm, steady support and benefits from encouragement to build confidence in everyday activities such as:
Daily walks
Shopping and planning meals
Keeping his home comfortable
While the core hours are set, there may occasionally be planned support needed outside these times always with plenty of notice.
