FLT Bendi Truck Driver – Swadlincote

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Bendi Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Swadlincote.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities to secure a permanent position within a supportive warehouse environment.

This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Bendi Driver, Flexi Driver, Flexi Truck Driver, Pivot Steer Driver, Forklift Truck Driver, Forklift Operator, or MHE Operator.

Shift Pattern

 • Monday to Friday
 • 07:00 – 15:30

Rates of Pay

 • £13.25 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As an FLT Bendi Truck Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

 • Operating a Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
 • Receiving goods into the warehouse
 • Stowing pallets safely within racking locations
 • Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
 • Checking the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods
 • Receiving, unpacking, and organising stock for storage and dispatch
 • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
 • Following all health and safety procedures and company standards

Essential Skills

 • A valid RTITB or ITSSAR accredited Bendi (Flexi) Truck licence
 • Previous experience operating a Bendi (Flexi) Truck within a warehouse environment
 • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a busy warehouse
 • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
 • Good organisational and time management skills
 • Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
 • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
 • Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of warehouse duties
 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

 • Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Training Provided

 • Assessment prior to starting
 • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
