Senior Manager – Tax Technology & Transformation
Location: London (hybrid, 1–2 days per week)

A leading professional services organisation is continuing to invest heavily in its Tax Technology & Transformation capability and is seeking a Senior Manager to join its high-growth Sales & Growth function.
This role offers a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of tax, technology and commercial growth, helping to transform how tax services are delivered internally and to clients through innovative, market-leading technology and SaaS solutions.
The role
As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of UK&I client engagements while also playing a key leadership role in shaping go-to-market strategies, scaling technology platforms, and driving internal transformation across tax service lines.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy, visibility and progression potential.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of technology-enabled and SaaS client engagements, driving revenue growth, operational excellence and long-term relationships
- Act as a senior technology lead on client opportunities, including solution design, tailored demonstrations, commercial strategy and onboarding
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for tax technology propositions in partnership with account teams
- Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of platforms and solutions, using client and market insight
- Partner with internal stakeholders across tax and legal to deliver internal transformation initiatives and embed new technologies
- Provide senior leadership within the team, including coaching, resourcing, prioritisation and people development
About you
You are a senior tax professional with a strong interest in technology and transformation, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leading through change.
Essential experience:
- Background in tax within a professional services or Big 4 environment
- Proven experience managing client engagements end-to-end, from opportunity through to delivery
- Strong leadership and ownership experience, including leading initiatives or scaling solutions
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and adapt quickly
- Professionally qualified (e.g. CA / ACA or equivalent)
Desirable experience:
- Exposure to tax technology, SaaS platforms, automation or AI-enabled solutions
- Experience working in or alongside tax transformation or consulting teams
