What You Will Be Doing

• Leading talent and succession planning programmes
• Building leadership and talent pipeline strategies
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
• Facilitating talent reviews and development discussions
• Using workforce insights and analytics to drive decisions
• Coaching HR teams on talent best practice

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or HR
• Experience delivering global talent programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience using talent analytics and workforce insights
• Strategic, commercial and project management expertise
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
