NQ Corporate Solicitor

A growing, entrepreneurial law firm is looking to recruit an NQ Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate team in Manchester. The firm has built an excellent reputation for advising owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and SMEs, offering high-quality legal advice with a commercial and pragmatic approach.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a close-knit team where you'll enjoy early responsibility, direct client contact and exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions from day one.

The Role

Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll advise clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions.
• Company sales and acquisitions.
• Shareholder and investment agreements.
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations.
• Joint ventures.
• Corporate governance and company law advice.
• Supporting transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

About You

• Due to qualify as a Solicitor this summer (or recently qualified).
• Have completed at least one seat in Corporate during your training contract.
• Strong technical drafting and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in corporate transactions.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and keen to develop within a collaborative team.
