Support Worker Kirby Cross - £14.00ph £27,300.00 PA

Hours Available:

• 37.5 hours day shift -5 days per week, every other weekend 7:00 - 14:30/14:30 - 22:00

We are recruiting for aSupport Workerto support a gentleman with autism in his own home and in the community in Essex (Kirby Cross).

About the Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to a gentleman who values respect, dignity, and meaningful engagement. This role involves assisting him during the day, promoting his independence, and ensuring he feels safe and supported at all times.

You will play a vital role in his life, helping him access the community and pursue his interests.

Key Requirements

• Essential: Experience supporting people with autism
• Highly desirable: Previous experience with trauma-informed care
• Calm, patient, and understanding approach
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for care
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Driver needed

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and reside within the Essex area.

References and an Enhanced DBS check will be required.
