Cosy Club Swansea is opening this Autumn and seeks a passionate General Manager to lead the new site. Expect casual days, vibrant evenings, and weekends where the venue is the life and soul of the party, offering brunch, coffee, dinner and drinks for a unique guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and play an active, passionate role in setting the scene for guests across the whole site.
• Be accountable for service standards and guest satisfaction, ensuring exceptional and genuine service.
• Work with the team to deliver a high-quality guest experience every shift, and be ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
• Ensure the operation runs smoothly, fosters a warm welcome, and maintains Cosy Club Swansea’s brand standards.
