Job description
Responsibilities
- Owning Cisco partner compliance, certifications, and programme requirements
- Coordinating audits end-to-end and tracking key deadlines and updates
- Managing Cisco rebates, incentives, and funding (tracking, claims, risk/opportunity)
- Maintaining clear visibility of promotions and supporting sales activity
- Producing reporting and supporting training aligned to Cisco priorities
- Creating simple, practical guides to help teams navigate Cisco processes
- Leading internal communications on Cisco updates, initiatives, and opportunities
- Acting as the main link between Cisco and internal teams, resolving issues and driving progress
- Supporting Cisco events and strengthening day-to-day vendor relationships
- Maintaining the Cisco Partner SharePoint hub to keep information accurate and accessible
- Working closely with sales and internal teams to drive awareness of Cisco opportunities
- Supporting issue resolution by triaging and coordinating Cisco-related escalations
Requirements
- Experience in alliance, vendor, partner programmes, sales operations, or channel support
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance, audits, rebates, and incentives
- Confident communicator who can turn vendor updates into clear, practical guidance
- Comfortable coordinating activity, tracking progress, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM and vendor tools
- Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and build relationships across teams
- Cisco or wider tech vendor experience, with an understanding of partner programmes, funding, and audits (desirable)
