Senior Technical Manager – Residential
Salary: £80K - £85K + Package
Location: Central London

A well-known residential developer is actively looking to bring on a Senior Technical Manager to work on a brand-new development in Central London. The project is the redevelopment of an old, disused gasworks site; the developer is aiming to deliver 2000 units of premium apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- Residential projects over 250 units
- Experience working for a residential developer in a design/technical/development role
- Track record of technical delivery
- Man-management
- 8+ years of UK construction experience
