Senior Director, Fraud & Identity Solutions

Overview

• Define and own the regional market roadmap, including priority use cases, feature enhancements, regulatory and technology requirements, and adoption sequencing.
• Capture voice of customer, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform global product strategy and investment priorities.
• Lead the regional Solutions Consulting and domain expert teams, ensuring high-quality solution design and client outcomes.
• Act as a key enabler to Sales and Sales Specialists, strengthening solution positioning, value articulation, and pipeline quality.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional team across product specialists, solution consultants, and the broader regional Fraud community.

Requirements

• Strong track-record in fraud, identity, financial crime, or related domains
• Strong mix of product understanding, consulting leadership, and commercial acumen
• Deep knowledge of UK & European regulatory and fraud landscape
• Proven leader of high-performing, client-facing teams
• Credible and influential with senior client stakeholders
