Job description
Responsibilities
- Act as the key local point of contact for People-related matters
- Partner closely with leaders, Centres of Excellence, and People colleagues to deliver aligned and effective People support
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on a range of People topics
- Support the delivery of core People processes and programmes
- Use People data, metrics, and local business insight to identify priorities and shape practical solutions
- Partner with Talent Planning & Acquisition, Team Member Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and other specialist teams
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years’ business experience, ideally within Human Resources, Organisation Effectiveness, or a related field
- Previous generalist HR experience as an HR Advisor or HR Partner
- Ability to guide and influence leaders up to and including Director level
- Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently
- Use People data to inform decisions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
