About the role

We are seeking to appoint anapprentice Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful apprentice willbe expected to apply themselves to the apprenticeship with commitment anddiligence. The apprentice will also be required to commit to the school'svalues and ethos.

We arelooking for someone who:
• Hasgood communication skills
• Canwork as part of a team
• Hasgood literacy and numeracy skills
• Ismotivated to develop as an individual and complete the training to achieve theapprenticeship qualification

All staff are expected to know what to do if theyhave concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safeenvironment and promoting children's welfare, undertake regular safeguardingand child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies andprocedures as directed by the trust/academy.
