Here atGXO Logistics, we are looking for aClass 1 Bulk Relief Tanker Driverto join ourBreedon Cementteam inDagenham RM9 6PR. The contract has a nationwide delivery area with key distribution points at Dagenham, Hope Valley, Runcorn, Walsall and Port of Blyth.

As a Relief Class 1 Bulk Tanker Driver, you will be required to cover days and providing driver cover during planned and unplanned absences. This is afull-time, permanentposition, workingMonday to Friday, starting between04:00 - 07:00and relief cover on nights when needed. Youll be contracted to 2 nights out per week if required with guaranteedminimum 48 hours per week.

No tanker experience is necessary as Full training will be provided!

What youll do on a typical day:

• Safely operate aClass 1 Bulk Powder Tankerto collect and deliver powder products for the construction industry, predominately cement
• Load and discharge powder products usingpressurised systems, following all safety protocols
• Conductvehicle checks and maintenanceto ensure roadworthiness and compliance
• Complete all requireddocumentation and delivery recordsaccurately

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Valid Category CE (Class 1) UK driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous experience operating bulk powder tankers is a plus, however full training provided
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• Capable of handling equipment safely
