The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEND

  • Adapt resources and scaffold learning to ensure accessibility

  • Work closely with the SENCO, class teachers and wider support team

  • Build strong, positive relationships with students

  • Support behaviour, engagement and confidence in the classroom

  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values

This Learning Support Assistant role requires someone who is calm, patient, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant role or similar support capacity is essential.
