Job Title: Class 2 Driver - RoRo driver
Location: South Kirby, Wakefield
Pay Rates: Earn £15.55 to £26.08 p/h
£26.08 per hour (£23.33 + £2.75 holiday pay = £26.08 total).
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 07:00- 17:15
Overtime: Occassional Saturdays
Driver Type: Class 2 Roro Driver
Experience: 12 months Class 2 is essential - experience on Skips & RoRo preferred

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in South Kirby, Wakefield to work with our client, whoprovide all types of businesses with commercial waste disposal and recycling.

We are recruiting Class 2 driverswho have skip and roro experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Driving and operating a Class 2 RoRo vehicle
• Collecting and transporting trade waste
• Planning routes efficiently to maximise productivity
• Delivering a professional service at collection points
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Completing digital paperwork via tablet systems
• Working in line with WTD, drivers hours and waste duty of care

All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures.

About you:
You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. Previous experience with skips and roro would be beneficial.You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
