What we're looking for:

• A genuine passion for speciality coffee, fresh smoothies and healthy protein shakes.
• Previous Barista and Supervisor experience (essential).
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail, from drink quality to store presentation.
• Someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to help the business grow.

Your role will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffees, fresh smoothies and protein shakes to brand standards.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences every time.
• Supervising and supporting the team during busy shifts.
• Managing rotas and assisting with stock control and stocktaking.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store.
• Helping build an amazing team culture and community atmosphere.
• Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and support the growth of the business.
