Tax Director – Corporate Tax & Digital Assets

London | Hybrid Working | Partner Track | Exceptional Package

We are working with a Top 10 accountancy firm that has built one of the UK's leading Digital Assets and Corporate Tax practices. With demand continuing to accelerate, they are looking to appoint an experienced Tax Director to help drive the next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to advise some of the UK's leading crypto exchanges, blockchain businesses, Web3 companies, fintechs and digital asset investors, alongside established multinational groups navigating the rapidly evolving digital assets landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high‑profile corporate tax advisory assignments across digital assets and cryptocurrency taxation, corporate tax advisory and structuring, M&A tax and tax due diligence, international tax matters, complex corporate tax compliance and cross‑functional projects alongside VAT, Transfer Pricing, Employment Taxes and other specialist teams.
  • Deliver first‑class technical advice and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Develop the team and play a key role in winning new business within this fast‑growing market.

About You

  • Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience.
  • Exposure to digital assets, crypto or technology businesses (or a genuine passion to specialise).
  • Transaction and due diligence experience.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading projects and developing teams.
  • CTA, ACA or equivalent qualification.
