General Manager

A great opportunity to work for a market leading 5 a-side football brand at their venue in Glasgow South, Scotland. This flagship centre has received significant investment recently and has a turnover of c.£800k across the 9 pitches bookings, private hire, functions, events and children's parties and will be supported by an assistant manager and a small team of full and part-time front-line staff reporting into you as well as multiple freelance referees.

To be successful you will need to be hands on, highly organised and someone who will enjoy working in a busy leisure destination. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering a great customer experience, meeting sales targets, managing day to day operations including the bar and uploading content to social media.
• Working across many different communities and age groups, sports development and football community partners as well as hosting countless kids' parties.
• Recruit, support and develop your team, organise recruitment events and be responsible for the rota.
• You will need to be a confident communicator, have presence and an outgoing personality, and have a good all-round knowledge of IT and booking systems.

As General Manager you will be working a combination of early and late shifts; these will typically be between 9am and 11pm and you will be required to work a minimum of 1 weekend in 2.

In addition to basic salary of £34,250, there is a bonus of c£7k that is paid out quarterly and an excellent benefits scheme.
