Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of a busy footwear retail store

• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge

• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with current trends

• Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team

• Ensure stock control, replenishment, and store operations are executed efficiently

• Create an engaging and energetic shopping environment that reflects a trend-led brand
