Reach Truck Driver
Location: Swan Valley, Northampton
Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm
Shift: Saturday to Wednesday, 8:00am 4:00pm
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Break: 30 minutes unpaid

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a well-established and growing warehouse operation in Swan Valley, Northampton.

The Role
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe movement of stock across the warehouse. This is a hands-on position, requiring a balance of truck operation and general warehouse duties, including manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Reach Truck in line with site procedures

• Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse

• Pick and replenish stock accurately

• Support goods-in and dispatch operations

• Carry out general warehouse duties as required

• Perform manual handling and heavy lifting

• Follow all Health & Safety guidelines

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence (in-house licences accepted)

• Licence must be in date

• Minimum 6 months recent Reach Truck experience

• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting

• Willing to work both on and off the truck

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable with a good work ethic

• Ability to work effectively within a team

Pay & Benefits

• £13.86 per hour

• Monday to Friday working pattern

• 37.5 hours per week

• Overtime available every Saturday (8:00am 2:00pm)

• Saturday overtime paid at x1.5

• Weekly pay through Quest Employment

• Temp to perm opportunity
