Fusion Design and Architecture is seeking a junior interior designer to join the team in London.

About us
We are a London-based interior design studio founded in 1998, specialising in hospitality projects in the UK and overseas.

We're a close-knit team of around 15 and known for our professional but personal approach.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do; we build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and each other to deliver design that works and spaces that inspire.

The role
We're looking for a creative and technically mindedJunior Interior Designerwith a love of hospitality design to support our team across multiple projects, from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities include

Concept and presentation: helping develop concepts, mood boards and 3D visuals for F&B spaces

technical drawings: producing 2D drawing packages (plans, elevations, sections and joinery details) in Vectorworks

FF&E and sourcing: researching and sourcing furniture, fixtures and finishes, and liaising with suppliers

project support: preparing schedules, specs and presentation materials for client meetings

site coordination: attending site visits and supplier meetings to support delivery and maintain design quality

About you
You'll be confident, proactive and keen to learn, happy working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also have

a degree in interior design or interior architecture

one to two years' relevant industry experience

strong working knowledge of VectorworksandAdobe Creative Suite(InDesign, Photoshop)

a basic understanding of UK building regulations and drawing standards

great communication, both written and spoken, and presentation skills

a positive, can-do mindset and strong attention to detail
