About The Role
We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Creative Designer to join the Marketing team at Eden Motor Group. This role is ideal for a creative individual looking to develop their career within an in-house marketing environment. Working alongside the wider Marketing team, you will support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of digital and print channels, producing high-quality creative assets that align with both Eden Motor Group and manufacturer brand guidelines. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns.

Create engaging content for social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, reels and stories.

Create artwork for websites, email marketing, digital advertising, brochures, point of sale materials, signage and showroom displays.

Support the delivery of manufacturer marketing campaigns, ensuring all artwork complies with brand guidelines.

Develop artwork from initial brief through to final production.

Adapt existing creative assets for different formats, channels and dealership requirements.

Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets to the required specifications.

Edit and retouch imagery using Adobe Photoshop.

Assist in the creation of motion graphics and video content where required.

Work closely with colleagues across the wider team to deliver campaigns on time.

Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and brand communications.

Keep accurate project files and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience

Degree, college qualification or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

A portfolio demonstrating strong creative and layout skills across digital and print, including examples of social media content.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.

An understanding of digital marketing channels and content creation.

Experience preparing artwork for print production.

Photography or videography experience.

An interest in the automotive industry.
