A highly ambitious, family-run business, Wren Laboratories combines science-led innovation with a strong people-focused culture and a genuine commitment to improving wellbeing globally.With growing international demand for probiotics and gut health products, the business continues to expand across multiple international markets through distributors, e-commerce, pharmacies, online retailers and marketplaces.They are now seeking an International Account Manager to support the continued growth of international distributor relationships, online marketplaces and digital strategy across global markets.The role will suit someone with a background in marketplace management or e-commerce that is interested in building their career in international markets.International Account Manager, the role:Support and grow international distributor relationships across defined regionsSupport marketplace expansion including Amazon and other online sales platformsMonitor digital performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and market growthWork closely with distributors to align digital activity with the wider Optibac brand strategySupport international sales growth through effective account and relationship managementManage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing and profitability across accountsDevelop and monitor annual business and sales plansConduct range reviews and support product growth within international marketsNegotiate distribution agreements and commercial termsAttend international trade shows, customer meetings and market visitsSupport product registrations and compliance requirements across different territoriesShare digital and commercial best practice across distributors and channelsContribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvementInternational Account Manager, the person:Experience within digital strategy, e-commerce or marketplace managementCommercially minded with strong analytical and numerical skillsStrong communication and relationship-building capabilityComfortable managing multiple stakeholders and prioritiesDigitally confident across e-commerce, social and marketplace platformsPositive, proactive and willing to take ownershipConfident negotiator with strong organisational skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office capabilityInterest in international business and different culturesWillingness to travel internationally where requiredDesirable:Experience managing Amazon or other online marketplacesInternational sales or distributor management experienceAdditional languagesExperience within FMCG, health, wellness or consumer goods sectorsInterest in AI tools and digital innovationInternational Account Manager, the benefits:Annual Leave 22 days + Bank Holidays + discretionary extra 3 days between Christmas and New Year; increasing by 3 days upon completion of 3 full years serviceSickness absence 20 paid sick days + 5 days of Special Leave for support with unexpected life eventsTime off for hospital or dental appointments4% Pension contribution (after 3 months of service)Health Cash Plan & Employee Assistance ProgrammeUp to £500 worth of free Optibac products per financial yearF&F 25% discount code to be shared with friends & familyMini-nutrition consultations with a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist once a quarterPure Human Resources Limited works in partnership with Wren Laboratories in providing Recruitment support.
