Minibus Driver (Part-Time) Community Transport Location: SouthamptonSalary: £6,609.20 per year + overtime availableWorking Pattern: Monday & Friday, 08:30 11:00 and 14:30 17:00 (10 hours per week). Potential for additional hours.The RoleWe are seeking a dependable and caring Minibus Driver to join our community transport team. You will provide an essential service supporting individuals to travel safely to and from our Day Centre Hubs (with a Transport Escort present).This is a highly rewarding role where you can make a real difference in peoples day-to-day lives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive adapted minibuses safely, ensuring passenger comfort at all timesAssist passengers from their homes to the vehicle and backConduct daily safety checks and report any faultsMaintain cleanliness and condition of the vehicleDeliver excellent, friendly customer serviceReport any health or wellbeing concerns regarding passengersWhat Were Looking For Full D1 or PCV driving licence (required)Experience of driving larger vehiclesA caring, patient, and reliable approachConfident communication skillsAbility to assist passengers with mobility needsKnowledge of Southampton and surrounding areas (preferred)Additional requirements Right to work in the UK (We are unable to offer CoS)Candidates must live within the local areaWillingness to undertake a DBS checkAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy join us?
