Overview Amazon Operations Internal Communications Team in Europe is looking for a Creative Producer – Video to join our London Shoreditch office. In this role you will own video projects from the first pitch to publication, shaping our storytelling strategy and delivering content that engages and inspires the people who power Amazon's operations across Europe.
Responsibilities Produce end‐to‐end video stories, including research, pre‐production, scripting, on‐site and studio filming, editing, and delivery.
Deliver original video content for internal and external platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Amazon internal Intranet sites.
Develop content ideas and produce videos leveraging internal and external resources.
Film a variety of setups (interviews, activities, B‐roll) in Amazon operational sites and corporate offices.
Oversee freelance production crews, in person and remotely.
Edit quickly and efficiently in Adobe Premiere, incorporating original footage and stock/archival footage.
Collaborate with the creative services team to develop graphics and motion elements using Adobe After Effects.
Support European Operations Internal Communications with video project timelines, budgets, and on‐site production to achieve strategic marketing and business objectives.
Provide creative feedback on European video production to ensure global standards are met.
Oversee PR and legal approval processes.
Maintain production schedule documents and calendars; monitor content viewership and curate viewing metrics.
Regularly review data insights and perform competitive analysis to develop new series, formats, and content types.
Position is based on‐site in London Shoreditch office with regular UK and European travel required.
Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative software, primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience producing end‐to‐end video content in corporate communications, newsroom, or digital publishing environments.
Proficiency shooting with professional cameras, lighting, and equipment in production and post‐production settings.
Experience writing scripts, interview questions, and translating complex business concepts into clear storytelling narratives.
Understanding of platform‐specific video formats and the ability to tailor content to maximize engagement across mediums.
Experience managing senior stakeholders across internal teams and external agency partners.
Experience managing large volumes of digital visual content including videos, photos, and graphic assets.
Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects.
Still photography skills.
On‐location audio mixing.
On‐camera presentation skills.
Ability to apply AI creative tools in the video production process.
