Salaried GP Job with Optional View to Partnership

This is an excellent chance to join a highly regarded training surgery, commutable from Swindon, Salisbury and Andover on a Salaried basis (with an optional view to Partnership if desired). The surgery has managed their situation well in recent years, allowing for an excellent work/life balance for their GPs.

Located close to Marlborough, easily commutable from Swindon, Salisbury and Andover. Ample on-site parking is provided.

Key Duties

• Grow a patient list of just over 8,000 with a low number of home visits, supported by an experienced permanent clinical team including Permanent GPs, Nurses, and HCAs.
• Offer 4–8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around childcare.
• Work within a strong existing team of permanent GPs.
• Perform a Low duty Doctor role with minimal home visits.
• Assist in a successful training practice.

• £76,000 – £80,000 per annum (FTE) for a salaried GP.
