Moore Street Surgery is looking to employ a part‑time Salaried GP.

• List size 6000 patients
• EMIS Web IT System / Paperless

• MDU / MPS Indemnity paid

We are a well‑established, innovative, hard‑working, and friendly GMS practice based in Bootle with approximately 6000 patients using EMIS Web. We are a supportive team that values staff commitment and are keen to support further development, have been involved in training for prescribing and clinical skills and are heavily involved in local innovative pilots for health development. We are a motivated team which includes

• 2 GP Partners
• 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• 1 Practice Nurse
• 2 Sessional Specialist Nurses
• 1 Healthcare Assistant
• Supportive Administrative Team

Main duties of the job:

• Clinical responsibility for patients
• Administrative responsibility reviewing hospital letters, reports, and investigations
• Engaging with other professionals in the Primary Care and Secondary Care teams and community health professionals and medicines management professionals
• On‑Call duties
• Responsibility for appropriate documentation of clinical encounters using current IT systems

Sessions: 4‑6 clinical sessions, renumerated according to experience

Leave: 6 weeks pro‑rata

Salary: £40k - £48k (4 clinical sessions) £60k - £66k (6 clinical sessions)
