General Manager

Overview

We are looking for a General Manager to lead and inspire our team at Nando’s. You will shape the culture and operate the restaurant as a business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant operations and make decisions that drive performance.
• Develop and maintain a positive, family‑driven culture.
• Set and track sales and KPI targets and drive results.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training and development, creating the next generation of managers.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service and ensure our food meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for people, food and hospitality.
• Leadership experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Track record of driving sales in a multi‑channel setting.
• Customer‑obsessed and motivated to deliver the Nando’s experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
