What will I be doing?

We are dedicated to supporting and caring for young individuals aged between 10-17 years old. Our dedicated team are here to help young people through their challenges and provide them with the tools and guidance they need every single day.

• Developing positive relationships with the young people in our care, their families and external agencies
• Contributing to the young persons care plans and any risk assessments, supporting with implementation and reviews
• Supporting young people with daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeing
• Ensuring that good quality records are maintained as required

What we are looking for?

• We welcome applications from people who have previous experience in a childrens residential setting or similar role
• People who have the ability to interact with young people and manage challenging behaviours calmly
• A full UK driving licence
• You must also be over 21 years of age to meet industry regulations
• Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Childrens & Young Peoples workforce would be great although this is not essential
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties on a rota basis
