Role: Director of Product (P&L Ownership)
Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus + equity (flexible for the right person)
Location: Hybrid London (1 day per week in office)
We're partnered with a fast-growing tech scale‑up using AI and data to completely rethink how products are built and shipped.
They are hiring a hands‑on Director of Product with full P&L ownership over a major product area – someone who operates like a founder and runs it like a business.
This Director of Product role is a true end‑to‑end ownership position, where you are accountable for both product direction and commercial performance.
