Collision General Manager

Job Summary

Service Center Nottingham – Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Collision General Managers will be required to ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $85,000 – $100,000

Requirements

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Abilities / Skills / Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Can understand instructions – written and verbal
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
